With over twenty years in the apartment brokerage business Todd Schwartz sets new standards of customer service and client satisfaction. As a multifamily specialist, Todd’s integrity based investment planning and client wealth building methods have a long proven history of success. The goals of the individual client are analyzed, action plans are formulated and expectations are exceeded.
In-depth knowledge of the multifamily industry, up-to-the-minute research and a intense dedication to excellence is the driving force behind Todd’s research backed knowledge base. His monthly columns and various apartment research based articles have continued to inform and inspire investors and agents alike. Todd’s articles and interviews have appeared in many publications throughout Southern California including the following; The Los Angeles Times, The San Fernando Valley Business Journal, Apartment Owners Magazine, The Los Angeles Business Journal, Daily Commerce, The Official California Apartment Journal and many others.
In 1989 Todd joined The Hanes Company, Inc. and created the information services department. While providing 100+ investment real estate agents in 6 regional offices with computer training and support Todd developed the first ever of its kind database programs to monitor the activity in the Southern California investment real estate market, all when computers were still in their infancy in the real estate business.
A licensed real estate broker, Todd has been personally involved in over $200,000,000 in investment real estate transactions.
Todd was born and raised in the west San Fernando Valley and now lives with his wife Lisa, daughter Miranda and son Austin in Agoura Hills. He was educated at California State Northridge (CSUN) – Undergraduate Program – Psychology and University of Southern California (USC) – Masters Program – Ergonomics.
