In the summer of 1992 , Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. was established by Mr. H. Bruce Hanes with a goal of focusing on medium to larger sized investment real estate transactions and to better address the ever changing California Investment real estate market place.
Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. is a successor of The Hanes Company, Inc., established by Mr. Hanes in 1970 which closed over 5,600 multi-product investment transactions and ranked seventeenth nationally in gross revenues for commercial brokerage companies.
In 1989, Mr. Hanes brought on-board Mr. Todd Schwartz, who coordinated and established automated methods of gathering and analyzing market trend information in such a way as to be comprehensive, current and up-to-the-minute in content. In 1992 Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Hanes became a formidable team that has kept Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. one of the top ranked firms of its kind in the San Fernando Valley.
In August of 1997, Bryan B. Hanes became a key member of the Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. sales team. Braemon M. Hanes became the second addition to this remarkable sales staff in February of 1999. At the beginning of 2000 Bryan and Braemon Hanes formed a team within a team, and they have proven to be a successful duo. While providing excellent service to their clients, the two continued their education in commercial investment real estate and were awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation on June 20, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona by the CCIM Institute - an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

H. Bruce Hanes, President, CRB H. Bruce Hanes was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Mr. Hanes became a licensed real estate broker at age 24. In September of 1970 he formed H. Bruce Hanes, Inc., apartment house brokers later titled The Hanes Company, Inc. In 1987 and 1988, The Hanes Company, Inc. ranked number three nationally with an average transaction size of $4,700,000. |

Braemon M. Hanes CCIM, Senior Investment Consultant Braemon Hanes obtained his real estate license at the age of 23 (1997). Prior to joining Hanes Investment Realty, Inc., Braemon served as Director of Acquisitions at Hanes Properties, a fully owned subsidiary of Hanes Investment Realty, which owns and operates over 450-apartment units and commercial property in Beverly Hills and Westlake Village. |
